How does the service work?
It's simple! Choose a plan that fits your needs, and we'll show up on your scheduled day to thoroughly clean your yard. We double-bag all waste and dispose of it in your trash bin. No need to be home — just make sure we can access your yard. Dogs can remain in the backyard during cleanings as long as they are not aggressive.
Do I need to be home during service?
Nope! Most of our customers aren't home during their service. Once you accept your quote, we'll collect any gate code or access instructions during setup. You'll receive a notification when we've completed the visit.
What happens if it rains on my service day?
We service rain or shine! The only exception is extreme weather conditions (lightning, severe storms, or heavy snow). If we need to skip a visit due to weather, we'll notify you and reschedule or we'll be back once weather permits a successful cleanup that is safe for our technicians.
Where do you put the waste?
All waste is double-bagged and placed in your outdoor trash bin. If you'd prefer we haul the waste away, haul-away service is available as a $13/month add-on (or $15 for a one-time cleanup).
Can my dogs be in the yard during service?
Yes! Dogs can remain in the backyard while we clean as long as they are not aggressive. Our technicians are experienced working around pets and will ensure a thorough cleanup.
